On Thursday 30 November, we invite you to a unique tasting co-signed by Fabrice Gillotte | Maker of Fine Chocolates and la Maison - Vougeot.
Following on from the “Jeudis Chics” after-work tastings throughout the spring/summer season, the first Jeudi Choc – or chocolate Thursday – declares the winter season at la Maison Vougeot open.
This pairing of great wines and great chocolates will be presented for the first time on Thursday 30 November, and will be a recurring feature for the whole month of December. To match the finest origin chocolates by Fabrice Gillotte, we will offer a selection of great wines from the Domaine de la Vougeraie, Jean-Claude Boisset, and JCB by Jean-Charles, including appellations from the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune, each bringing its individual character to attain a subtle harmony on the palate.
